An update with pictures

This is an update in pictures. They are a little bit out of order. But you can still see all that we have been doing the last few weeks. My mother in law has all the pictures from Kysa's blessing and so I can't post those. Sorry. Maybe I can see if Britney can post some on her blog or something.

This was taken today. She really likes her swing!
Isn't that such a cute face! I am a little parshal though.
She has such pretty blue eyes.
This was her blessing dress.
Thanks to Sue for making the most beautiful dress for Kysa.
A few days before she was 3 months she got her ears pierced.
Watching a little tv from the ground.
Her new little play mat.

Jaden's good friends from Louisiana came for Kysa's blessing and while they were here we went to the zoo. My mom said that I had been to a zoo before but I was to young to remember it, so this is the first time I have been to a zoo. In my head anyways.
Who knew that gorillas liked to eat boxes. I guess that is one way to get rid of your trash. LOL!
The Perrillouxs. Starting from the top, Karen, Jay, Katie, and Tray.
Kysa wasn't too happy here.
Katie was stretching to see the gerraff.
The elephants.
Just walking around looking at all the animals.
These planes flew over Jaden's parents house. They were super low. It looked really cool and it was really loud. Kysa didn't like them, they scared her.

Her favorite way to sleep, on her belly.
She loves her tummy time.

She would only take her pacifier upside down that day. She is a weird child. I wonder where she gets that from.
What a good daddy.
Alexis was really enjoying her dinner!
Could she get any cuter? I think not.
Britney, Jaron, Alexis, Jaden, Kysa, and I all went for a walk in Spanish Fork. It was a really fun day. We spent all day with Brit and Jaron. We got lucky and had a day free of rain.

She is so cute right out of the tub.
This was the first time that we used this little blue tub. She really liked it.
Some more pictures of her in a towel. The towels with the little hood are so cute!

She looks so tiny in her towel.
When we went down to Henderson to visit my mom and dad for my birthday, I finally got to meet my niece, McKenzie. Kysa is a little bigger.
Where is Kysa?

Sick again!

Kysa had her 2 month appointment today so that means she got her shots. : (  Jaden couldn't get off work so I made my mother in law go with me. She stayed in the room and held her while she got her shots and me the chicken mom went and checked us out and waited down the hall until it was over. Kysa now weights 10 lbs 14.5 oz and she is the 50% tile. She is 23 in. long and in the 75% tile, and her cute little head in in the 25% tile. She has had a runny nose since saturday and had a fever on just on saturday but that was a little scary. Today we found out that she has an ear ache. My poor little Kysa is just a little sicky. I wish she would stop getting sick.

Fast asleep!
One of her first smiles!
I was so excited when she started smiling at me. I had been waiting for that for weeks!
Bright eyes!
I put these on her and just thought it was so funny. She must have been hungry because she tries to eat them when I put them on her. Thats why her tongue is hanging out!

Holding in her pacifier and pulling on her toy
cousin Austin just loved Kysa!

She has a lot of hair and so I decided to see if we could get it into a sponge curler. LOL!

Kysa is finally over her RSV and she is doing so much better. Last week we went do to Vegas and stayed with my mom while my dad was out of town. Mindy finally got to meet Kysa and she just loved having her down there. I was just preparing Mindy for her upcoming little one. It was a lot of fun to be down there with them. I can't wait for them to come up here for Kysa's blessing. The only thing I hate about living up here is I never get to see my family. I miss them! I am ways excited for mothers day, I finally get to celebrate it and not because it is on my birthday. This little video is Kysa dancing to her own beat, LOL!

Kysa's new doll from aunt Keisha!

Holding my phone for me! LOL! (Sorry the picture is side ways)

Kysa has had a stuffy nose since about Saturday and Tuesday night it got so bad it was choking her and she was having a hard time breathing and she developed a cough. It was a little scary and I wanted to find out what was wrong. I wouldn't have been able to sleep if I didn't know she would be able to breath all night. So Jaden and I took her to the ER. I am a new paranoid mom. Maybe that was a little rash but I had to make sure she was ok.
They did a chest Xray on her and they made Jaden and I hold her down and that was super hard for me to do. She was screaming and turning red and she had tears. I don't do well when she has tears. Then they had to do a RSV test which is a swab up her nose. She didn't like that. They couldn't tell us a whole lot at the hospital so we had to go to the pediatrician the next day to really find out a whole lot.
The next day at the pediatrician we found out that she was positive for RSV. As soon as I heard that I started to cry. I have heard a lot of horrible things about it but nothing good. So of course I was freaking out! The doctor made me feel better because she looks really good for having RSV, the doctor was actually really surprised that she had it because she looked so good. We had to come back today and they thought she was still looking great. I wish they could give her something to make her better. I hate her being sick. I guess this just comes with the job of being a mom.
