Kysa"s new best friend!

Kysa has the cutest new best friend. She is so funny. She will stand in front of this mirror in my room and kiss it. It is so funny. Every day I watch her crawl into my room and stand up by that mirror and admire herself. It is so cute.

I turned on a movie the other day for Jaden and I to watch and Kysa plunked down in front of the tv and was so involved she hardly even notice we were there. Of course that only last for about 2 minutes but it was still cute while it lasted.

Fast offerings

We have lived in this apartment since we got married which is more than two years. As long as we have been here we haven't ever had the young men stop by to collect fast offerings. So this last fast sunday they came by to collect it. I was a little surprised but thought "It's about time." So I opened the door and invited the young man in. I took the envelope and went back to my room to give it to Jaden. I knew that Jaden was in the room getting dressed so that he could come out. Well when I got to the room I noticed that the young man was behind me. He followed me back to the room!!!! Jaden said to him "um... excuse me! You can wait by the door!" So he walked back to the kitchen. I had some Goldfish sitting on the table and he turns to me and says "I love Goldfish!" I totally just acted like I didn't hear him. So while Jaden is writing the check the kid starts looking at the stuff on our fridge. We had a card on it and he opened it and read it! Then He walks in the living room where Kysa was and starts walking around. I'm thinking to myself, "What the heck! This is so weird!" Jaden finishes and gives it to him and he leaves. When he left Jaden was so mad. He totally invaded our privacy! Who does that? I think he isn't coming in again! SO WEIRD!

Kysa growin up

Kysa is just growing up so fast. She is crawling and standing and I am sure any time soon she will be walking. Here are a few pictures we have taken in the last little bit. Nothin real big has happened so I only have pictures for right now.

Cutest face I've ever seen!

Kysa squeezed her way threw this little space. We tried to block it so she couldn't go into the kitchen because she loves the vent on the floor in the kitchen. Our efforts to keep her out didn't work.

Her apron is so cute. She was helping me make dinner and had to take a break to play because cooking isn't her favorite thing, unless the mixer is going.

A First!

When we got home from church today, we went and put Kysa in her crib to take a nap. She was very unwilling to go to sleep. Jaden checked the monitor and then went in to Kysa's room. This is what he found!

This was the first time that Kysa has ever pulled herself up and just stood there! I was so excited! Doesn't she just look so cute in her new little sweater dress!

Karleah's wedding and Halloween!

I think I need to figure out how to put these pictures in here right. SO... just so you know they are the most recent to the least recent. This is Kysa just playing with some of her toys. She is so cute, LOL!After Kar's wedding we decided that we needed to have a date night. The bishop that married them had said that it is important that they go on a date once a week. So I made a nice dinner and when Jaden came home he brought me these beautiful flowers. Then we went to the IMAX theater to see A Christmas Carol in 3D! Jaden's parents watched Kysa for us, so it was a nice little date night.

While we were at Karleah's luncheon after the wedding Kysa was so tired so she took herself a little nap. She always has to have something soft on her face to sleep, hence the blankets all around her face.

General Conference and Park City

October has been a really fun month. I got to work conference. I love working at the conference center it is so great! The next weekend we went to Park City with Britney and Jaron and Alexis. We had a lot of fun! It was also Jaden's 26th birthday. So this has been a really fun and full month.

Peek a boo

My first attempt at an ice cream cake. Jaden's 26th birthday cake. There is a 25 on the cake because he put those on my 26th birthday cake. He really thought that we were turning 25. I had to reuse the candles and it was just funny.
